Ok so my friend was so mad 1 day I decided to mak dis so she wuld CALM DOWN pretty much..ya…first of all..to release your anger.Take a bath and let your body relax in the soothing water…or…take some deep breaths..tell yourself it is just life..tommorow will be a better day.. count 2 10 and then you should feel at least a little better..watch something funny..like on youtube’s ”How Long Can You Stand This?” videos.And now!The end!
